GENRAL INFORMATION
FourBar Ranch ("We," "Us," "Our") operates as a cattle ranch specializing in the sale of premium Angus cattle. We coordinate with USDA-approved facilities to process your purchased cattle into beef. However, we do not package, label, or sell the processed beef directly. Our role is limited to raising and selling the cattle and arranging for their processing on your behalf.

ESTABLISHING & SECURING YOUR ACCOUNT
When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and ensuring its confidentiality. This responsibility includes all activities conducted under your password. Disclosing your password to others is prohibited, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
PURCHASE & PAYMENT
When purchasing from FourBar Ranch, you are buying live premium Angus cattle that will be processed into beef. We require a deposit prior to pick-up to confirm your commitment and to cover initial processing and preparation costs. The final payment, based on the hanging weight of the processed beef, must be completed before the product is released to you.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
We ask that deposits be made 30 days before your scheduled pickup. This deposit secures your order and allows us to manage our production and inventory effectively. The deposit amounts vary based on portion sizes and market changes, please see each product page for the current deposit amount.
TIMING OF DEPOSITS
Deposits are due 30 days prior to your pickup date. If you have not previously paid your deposit you will be asked to pay this leading up to your pick-up month. Once your deposit is made, we will provide you with the pick-up date for your beef shares.
Customers who pay their deposit earlier will receive priority in scheduling, allowing for more flexibility in pick-up dates. Early deposits help us prioritize those who are ready to commit, ensuring timely processing and availability of your beef. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
Deposits are generally non-refundable. This policy protects us from potential losses and ensures efficient inventory management. However, we are open to discussing special circumstances and finding solutions if needed.
FINAL PAYMENT
Once the official hanging weight of your beef is determined, we will provide you with the final total. Any payments or deposits made will be applied to this balance. The remaining amount must be paid in full before you can pick up your beef. Final pricing is based on the hanging weight of the cattle once sent to the processor multiplied by the agreed upon cost per pound in the product purchase page.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
FourBar Ranch will coordinate with a USDA-approved processing facility to butcher and process your purchased cattle into beef. The processing facility will handle all aspects of slaughtering, processing, and packaging the beef according to USDA regulations. Processing costs are included in our pricing, which is based on the hanging weight of the cattle at the time of sale.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that FourBar Ranch shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such sites or services.
LIABILITY
FourBar Ranch assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues arising from the processing, packaging, or consumption of the beef. All claims related to these matters should be directed to the USDA-approved processing facility. We ensure that the cattle we sell are healthy and fit for processing at the time of sale. However, we do not guarantee the quality or safety of the beef after it has been processed by a third-party facility.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at our discretion. In the event of a significant change, we will aim to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a significant change lies solely with us.
