Our Quarter Steer Beef Share delivers approximately ~80-110 lbs of packaged beef, with the pricing based on hanging weight, which typically ranges from ~150 to 180 lbs. A quarter beef share is a PRE-DEFINED cut selection due to splitting between customers, this allows for standardizations and less confusion. If you want to be able to select your steak thickness, and preferred cuts we recommend purchasing a half share.
