Discover Flexible Payment Plans for Premium Angus Beef!

At Fourbar Ranch, we’re passionate about providing high-quality Angus beef directly to consumers. To streamline the process and ensure that you get the best product possible, we’ve developed a payment plan option that’s designed to be both flexible and fair. Below we'll explain our payment plan, including our deposit requirements and the benefits of early payments. We hope this will help you make the most of our offerings and enjoy a seamless experience.

Why Payment Plans Are Important

Ensuring Commitment

Payment plans help us manage our resources and scheduling efficiently. By confirming your commitment with a deposit, we can better plan our production and ensure that we have the right cuts available when you’re ready. This mutual commitment is essential for maintaining the quality and reliability of our beef.

Managing Inventory

Effective inventory management is crucial in the beef industry. Payment plans allow us to align our production with customer demand, reducing waste and ensuring that we provide the best possible product. By securing deposits, we can make more accurate predictions about the quantity of beef needed and manage our resources accordingly.

Planning and Scheduling

A clear payment plan also facilitates better planning and scheduling. While we strive to provide specific pickup dates, they may not always be immediately available due to processing times and demand fluctuations. By securing early payments, we can more effectively manage our schedule and ensure that you receive your beef on time.

Overview of Our Deposit Requirements

Deposit Requirement

We want to make our payment plan as accessible as possible. Instead of requiring a deposit immediately, we ask that deposits be made 30 days before your scheduled pickup. This allows you time to plan your budget without feeling rushed.

Timing of Deposits

Deposits are due 30 days prior to your pickup date. This timing provides a clear window for you to make arrangements without needing to break the bank at the last minute. It also ensures that we can finalize production schedules and manage inventory effectively. Once your deposit is made we will give you the pick-up date for your beef shares.

Benefits of Early Deposits

For those who choose to pay their deposit earlier, we offer an advantage: priority in scheduling.

Customers who make deposits ahead of time will have the opportunity to jump the line ahead of those who have not yet paid their deposit or are not on a payment plan. This system helps us prioritize those who are ready to commit, ensuring that your beef is processed and available according to your preferred schedule.

Encouraging Payment Plans

Flexibility with Payment Plans

To accommodate different financial situations, we encourage customers to consider our payment plan options. By making smaller, incremental payments leading up to your pickup date, you can spread out the cost and avoid a large lump sum payment at the end. This approach allows you to manage your budget more effectively and reduces financial strain. The sooner you start, the smaller your partial payments will be.

For example, if a whole cow costs $5,400 and you join our April list in September, you’ll have 8 months to pay, making it $675 each month.

If you start later, your partial payments will be higher and the full amount will need to be paid in full prior to pick-up. And if you need more time, we can move you to the next scheduled processing list.

Final Payment

Once we know your offical hanging weight we will provide you with that number and give you an offical total. Any payments or deposits that you have made will be taken off of that invoice and the remaining balance will be due before your products will be given to you to take home. We will provide instructions on how and when to make the final payment, ensuring a smooth and straightforward process.

Deposit Details

Amount of Deposit

The deposit amounts vary based on portion sizes, whole cow beef shares require a $800 deposit prior to being provided with a pick-up date, half cow beef shares require a $500 deposit and quarter cow beef shares require a $250 deposit, which helps us cover initial processing, preparation costs and confirms your commitment, ensuring that we can manage production and inventory effectively.

Deposit Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for deposits, including credit cards and bank transfers. Detailed instructions will be provided to ensure that the deposit process is as convenient as possible.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Please note that deposits are generally non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect us from potential losses and to ensure that our inventory is managed efficiently. However, we are open to discussing special circumstances and finding solutions if needed.

Conclusion

Our payment plan is designed to make purchasing Angus beef as flexible and convenient as possible. By understanding and following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth and satisfying experience with Fourbar Ranch.
