The Simmental adds rich, juicy flavor and great marbling, while the Angus enhances tenderness and consistency. Raised on local pastures, our steers provide you with the highest quality, delicious beef that stands out for its exceptional taste and texture.

Buying in bulk saves your family time and money. You can split shares of beef or keep all the juiciness for yourself. We sell, whole, half, and quarter shares of beef and take care of all the processing hassle for you.

Our local processing partner has been in business since 1958, they dry-age hundreds of pounds of beef every day! So when they tell us it's perfectly aged we know they have it right! And you'll get the best aged beef.

Our processing partner uses a unique, time tested process that locks in the most flavor and keeps the meat in it's freshest state for 12+ months with nothing added to compromise the taste or quality of the meat.

FEEDING PROGRAM.
At Fourbar Ranch, we’re proud of our local steers and the special way we feed them to make our beef top-notch. From the start, our cattle graze on rich, green pastures that are crucial for their health and help them grow strong. In winter, they eat rye grass and bahia hay, while summer brings fresh bahia pastures. This natural diet ensures they develop great flavor and quality.

As they grow, we gradually introduce a bit of grain to their diet, which helps build muscle and fat, adding depth to the meat’s flavor. In the final stage before processing, we give them a special grain mix with over 14% protein to enhance tenderness and marbling. Created with the help of local farmers, this custom blend ensures our beef stands out for its rich taste and high quality. Our feeding approach guarantees you get a top-quality product every time.
Our Local Processor
We have partnered with a local processing house that has been providing quality cuts since 1958. After you place your order our rep will call to arrange the cut selections you want, send those to the butcher, and then let you know when your beef is ready to be picked up.

Our cattle graze 24/7 on grass pastures, forage, and purposefully fed supplemental grain throughout their lives to gradually gain fat instead of hammering it on in a feedlot. Our program gives you beef with a higher level of marbling, juiciness, and more richly flavored cuts.
